Abstract Art Definition
For Energy Art Gallery the definition of abstract art is: Abstract paintings don't try to mirror the reality. It is the feeling of the reality and the objects that is beeing expressed in the art. Read more about abstract paintings. Abstract art has special rules. If creating an abstract art the rules need to be followed. But as it is mentioned on the start page, the paintings here are Energy Art and follow no rules. (Only use the name abstract art because not so many know about Energy Art).

Why is it called Energy Art?
The right energy is needed for making Energy Art paintings and then the energy from the paintings will be expressed. Also the colors itself send out different energies depending on what colors are used and how much etc. Energy Art paintings are often very colorful abstract paintings that express feelings, little similar as expressionistic paintings. A simple "energy" technic is good to use when making the Energy Art paintings. See the Energy Art Gallery paintings.

What is energy?
Everything is about energy. Nothing would exist if there were no energy. And what is energy then? It is only frequenzy. All materia has a certain frequency. Also the "dead" things such as a spoon has a frequenzy. All atoms have their electrons circulate around the nucleus, that gives the frequency. If there is no frequency it doesn't exist. And all things are coloured even though the colors are not always colorful, if it is no color it doesn't exist.

Frequency of the colors
Different colors have their specific frequencies. Green colour is not "green", it is only the frequenzy that makes it look like green. When light hits the "green" object we will see the reflection. Then our brain percepts the frequency from the reflection (the colors) and our senses recognize the color as green.

We can see colors between 380-740 nm. Violet have the frequency around 400nm and red have around 700nm. Infra red, that we can't see, have a high frequency that humans can't recognize. The infra red frequency is over 740nm. Same as for sound, there are high and low frequenzy sounds that we can't hear.

Paintings that heals and colors represents different feelings
If you feel sad it can help with a happy colorful abstract art painting. It will be fantastic to paint a painting that can heal you when watching it or only beeing in the same room. The colorful abstract art paintings send out frequencies that changes the mood and the feeling. Maybe it will be difficult to find the perfect painting, but if it feels good then it is right. Instead of eating vitamin C you can watch the painting and get the same energy or frequency as the vitamin. All we eat have frequencies that changes our bodies frequencies. Also the colors around us make a change to us all the time.

Maybe it's enough to watch the abstract art definition paintings and then say:
- Thanks for the lunch, it was delicious, now I have energy to work all the afternoon.
This should be very good if you have sensitive stomach and dont have time to eat..

Paintings changes the energy in rooms
A painting can more or less change the energy in a room (it is possible to measure the energy of the paintings). If you feel something is missing in a room, it can help to try with different abstract art paintings. And again, that changes the frequency and the energy in the room. If you are very sensitive and listen to your senses you can feel different energies in different rooms.

Paintings that grows
Some abstract art definition paintings you may like from the first second and other paintings can take weeks or more to learn to like. It is like music, first time you hear a song you don't like or notice it, but it can grow and maybe next time you will like it. How Energy Art Gallery was born
The paintings are made by me, Ali Kuosku. I live in Stockholm, Sweden. I started my painting career after an Avatar Energy Art painting course hold by the avatar* Mikael Stjernvall. I wanted to do the art painting course for the contrast to my graphic designer work. The aim was to get new ideas for design of new product catalogues, packagings, ads and more.

It felt fantastic working and feeling all the colours. No digital mess, no computer, only real life feelings right into the living colours. When making the paintings I am in a free light feeling and are also in the presence.

*Avatar: something like spiritual being (or digital version of a real life being)

The first version of Energy-Art-Gallery.com was released July 2007. More art productions than paintings will be presented on this website when time is right..
