Abstract art paintings dont try to mirror reality, instead this style try to express the feeling coming from the reality. The feeling is an energy that we cannot se, but we can feel it.

It is the same for the abstract paintings as for the feelings, it is mostly not possible to recognize what the painting visualize, but you can feel the painting.

An abstract painting can be very different understood by the spectators compared with a concrete painting, because our feelings are blocked due to stress. But on the other hand, if you are stressed, you can be little healed by a painting that you like very much.
