Neon colors made in almost a "traditional" Energy Art style. There is no special technique when making an Energy Art painting. But it is often made with the canvas flat on table or ground. The colors are poured on the canvas. And then paint with spatula or fingers. Often not with brush. It is good to just paint without any plan.
